RHODIOLA (Rhodiola rosea) - Family: Crassulaceae Adaptogen, helps increase resistance to stress, antidepressant, nervine tonic, antioxidant and neuroprotective. It is known for increasing physical endurance, longevity, sexual vigor, memory and cognition. This adaptogenic herb, like ginseng, increases the body's resistance to stress and helps to regulate its metabolic and hormonal functions. Rhodiola helps fight fatigue, increase physical and mental performance. It relieves the symptoms of colds, flu, depression, asthenia and neurasthenia. It promotes fertility, appeases amenorrhea and can help during sexual dysfunctions. It is used during asthenia, fatigue, convalescence, depression, and memory decline.

ASHWAGANDHA (Withania somnifera) - Family: Solanaceae Adaptogen, adrenal tonic, helps increase resistance to stress, nervine tonic and sedative. This is one of the most powerful adaptogens acting as an adrenal tonic in stressed people. Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a tonic to reduce general weakness, particularly during convalescence or in the elderly, as a nervine tonic and to improve memory. In the modern era, we recognize that the roots of Ashwagandha have a steroid-like effect (by acting on the adrenals and thyroid). Besides being a powerful tonic when overworked (burnout), during intense periods of stress and recovery, it promotes restful sleep and improves the ability to memorize. This adaptogenic herb has effects that can be both tonic and sedative. It helps to fight against chronic fatigue, anxiety, neurasthenia, insomnia and nervous disorders.

BACOPA (Bacopa monnieri) - Family: Scrophulariaceae Nerve tonic, brain tonic, adaptogen, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Bacopa, also called "Brahmi" in India is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to improve memory, relieve nervous disorders and anxiety. Today, it is used to help boost memory and concentration. It is also used to slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease.

ROSEMARY (Rosmarinus officinalis) - Family: Lamiaceae Circulatory tonic, stimulates cerebral circulation, digestive, antispasmodic and antioxidant. Traditionally used to enhance memory and cerebral circulation. It is a mild tonic to stimulate circulatory cerebral circulation. It is traditionally used to enhance memory; it is frequently taken to facilitate studies and performance during exams, and to ward off exhaustion and mental fatigue.

Organic ingredients for each 1.4 ml:

Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) (root) (1:3) ..... 240 mg
