Adults (18 years and older) take 2 softgel capsules 1-2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Take with a meal or food, a few hours before or after if you are taking supplements containing iron, copper, calcium or zinc.
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.
Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular disorders, coagulation, diabetes, stomach ulcers or inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to fish (capsule), or in case of hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to herbs of the Lamiaceae family, such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage and thyme.
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use.
Some people may suffer from gastric reflux and prolonged use may cause irritation of the gastrointestinal mucosa. In this case, discontinue use.
