Non-medicinal Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
(vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), maltodextrin.

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with food. Swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
