Ingredients:
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake – mushroom)……………………………………………. 175 mg
(1,75 mg chromium) (20:1, 3500 mg)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Maltodextrin, hypromellose, vegetarian capsule.
Dosage:
Adults: take 2 capsules daily. Capsules can be opened and incorporated to food.
Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you suffer from a blood disorder or if you are having chemotherapy.
Hypersensitivity (i.e. an allergy) can occur. If this happens, discontinue use.
Store in a dry place.
Blister sealed for your protection.
Do not use if blister is broken.
