Adults (18 years and older) take 2 softgel capsules 1-2 times daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Take with a meal or food, a few hours before or after if you are taking supplements containing iron, copper, calcium or zinc.

Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.

• Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular disorders, coagulation, diabetes, stomach ulcers or inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.
