Ingredient
Illite green clay.
Directions for use for external application
Pour the desired quantity of powdered clay into a clay or glass container. Cover with water (2 cm). Mix with a wooden spoon. Leave to rest for 30 minutes. Stir to obtain a smooth paste.
As a poultice or plaster: apply 1 to 2 cm of clay directly to the sensitive area and leave on for 1 to 2 hours.
For other applications: place 2 cm of green clay paste directly on a thin cloth. Fold over the 4 corners. Apply the plaster directly to the desired area. Do not allow the clay to dry out; moisten if necessary.
In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and discard. Rinse with lukewarm water.
You can also use crushed or granulated green clay from the Argiletz range.
