GINKGO (Ginkgo biloba) - Family: Ginkgoaceae Stimulates peripheral and cerebral circulation, helps with balance, reduces dizziness and lightheadedness. Ginkgo can correct balance disorders, especially in case of tinnitus, Meniere's disease or severe dizziness. It has been shown that ginkgo has a beneficial influence on the semicircular ear through the repairing and stimulating effect that it has on the cardiovascular system and circulation. Several symptoms appear when there is cerebral insufficiency. Even many non-cognitive symptoms improve when taking this plant, particularly tinnitus, vertigo and dizziness.

GINGER (Zingiber officinalis) - Family: Zingiberaceae Helps prevent nausea (antiemetic) and vomiting associated or not with motion sickness or sea sickness. Ginger helps relieve digestive ailments, including loss of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic, gas (carminative). Helps relieve vertigo and vestibular disorders.

BLACK HOREHOUND (Ballota nigra) - Family: Lamiaceae Black horehound is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve nausea and vomiting (antiemetic). It is also traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive spasms (antispasmodic). Recognized for its antiemetic properties to help combat nausea, vomiting and dizziness. It is very useful to treat Meniere's syndrome when nausea and dizziness are caused by malfunction of the inner ear. This plant is slightly sedative and antispasmodic.

PEPPERMINT (Mentha piperita) - Family: Lamiaceae Peppermint is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion (stomachic) and to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia (carminative).
