Umbels, with white or pinkish flowers, bearing ellipsoidal fruits covered with knotted spikes. Slightly ligneous taproots. When mature, umbels take on a characteristic “bird’s nest” shape.

Odour: Sweet and fresh, but the tenacious undertone and dry-out is very heavy, earthy and slightly spicy

    Carrot oil is particularly useful to health care practitioners who wish to restore liver function in pathologies such as viral hepatits and cirrhosis.

    This oil works in perfect synergy with other similar oils, like Thyme Thujanol and Greenland Moss.

    For everyday use, 1 drop in a little of your favorite day or night cream will fight against some very visible vascular problems, such as acne rosacea.

    Note:

    Skin irritation (dermocaustic) possible if used pure.

    Daucus carota sativa (carrot) seed oil

    For local massage: 1-2 drops added to 1-2 drops of neutral vegetable carrier oil.

    For body massage: 2-10 drops added in 5-10 ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil.

    A skin patch test is recommended for those with sensitive skin.
